Cardi B Fiercely Snaps At Rapper Accusing Her Of Stealing Lyrics

Cardi B Responds To Rapper Dela Wesst Claims That She Stole Her Lyrics On ‘Clout’ & ‘Thotiana’ Remix

Cardi B has faced lots of accusations that she’s not the one writing her lyrics in the course of her career. Although she’s once admitted to using ghostwriters, she claims that was in the past and she wrote most of her songs.

Rapper Dela Wesst recently used her large audience on TikTok to expose Cardi B for allegedly stealing her lyrics.

Dela shared a video in response to a since-deleted message from Cardi, accusing the Bronx rapper of not being straightforward before things got out of hand. “You mean to tell me you just CONFIRMED you are 100% aware of the stealing of my lyrics, BUT THEN GON STILL FIND A WAY TO EVADE THE SUBJECT?!” Dela wrote.

In response Cardi said: “First of all you weird ass bitch u been trying me for hot minute. You really cross the line when u stalkin my fans page and put this shit on a pic of me & my kid. SO YES THATS I’m bringing my kid.”

Cardi then backed up her claims by providing the dates she wrote “Clout” and “Thotiana,” revealing that they came before Wesst’s versions.

“Second of all you dumb bitch you ranting for day cause you claim I stole lyrics from you on clout .I WROTE THIS SONG IN JANUARRYYY ! You show me you did your clout song in January bitch you might have a chance,” virtually yelled Cardi.

“Sooooo stop WITH YOUR SHIT .Never Hurd about you b4 you started using my name for tic too .Stop chasing clout and chase a bag and a dentist like I DID SIS !” the “Press” rapper wrote in a follow up tweet.
