Tekashi 6ix9ine made an epic comeback yesterday following his prison release. He dropped his first single “GOOBA” since two years and it broke YouTube record after recording 43.55 millions views under 24 hours.

The rainbow haired rapper also set a new instagram livestream record after having over 2 million people viewing his live concurrently

“GOOBA” video begins with an animated, rainbow shark chomping down its sharp teeth, which diehard Pixar fans will recognize as Bruce from 2003’s ‘Finding Nemo’.

6ix9ine also had a diamond-encrusted chain made of the Disney character. 6ix9ine holds up the flashy jewelry at one point, mimicking the shark’s wide menacing smile.

The video also features about a dozen model twerking in the background of which one of them is the Brooklyn rapper’s girlfriend Jade. She also made sure her tattoo of 6ix9ine was fully captured in the colorful clip.

While it appears that Hip Hop heads and some critics have turned their backs on him, out of curiosity, a huge number of people went ahead to watch the video on YouTube and he’s set a new world record for the most viewed Hip Hop video on YouTube in first 24 hours.

Tekashi 6ix9ine breaks Eminem’s record for the most viewed YouTube Hip Hop video in first 24 hours. Eminem’s “Kill Shot” garnered 38.1 million views in its first 24 hours while 6ix9ine’s “GOOBA” raked 43.55 million views in its first 24 hours.
