Cardi B has publicly endorsed US presidential candidate Bernie Sanders online by giving regards to the senator’s past doings.

Senator Bernie Sanders lost out in the Democratic candidacy in 2006. He’s been actively fighting for civil rights over the years and Cardi had to acknowledge that.
“I been reading about Bernie Sanders and I’m really sad how we let him down in 2016. This man been fighting for equal rights, HUMAN rights for such along time (sic),” she wrote on Twitter.

A critic caught up with Cardi’s comment and reacted to it by making reference to Cardi B’s old tweet about paying tax with 40% of her income.

“Cardi B complained about paying too much in taxes, then endorses Bernie, who will raise taxes on the rich to fund his extreme socialism,” the critic wrote.

Cardi saw the troll and didn’t hesitate to clap back saying she doesn’t mind paying high tax if the impact will reflect in the society.

“I don’t mind paying taxes if I see on what am I paying my taxes on (sic),” she tweeted in response to the critical fan. “Its (sic) sad that we pay so much taxes yet we don’t have free college education neither free healthcare.”

Senator Bernie Sanders also caught up with Cardi B’s endorsement and appreciated her love and support in his tweet.
